Custom Cartridge Development

What We Offer

Our custom cartridge development is one of the most effective ways to unlock your rifle’s full potential—and we make the process straightforward.

You send us your rifle and tell us how you intend to use it. From there, we meticulously develop a load tailored specifically to your rifle. This process involves testing and tuning multiple components to identify the combination your rifle performs best with.

Our goal is consistent sub-MOA accuracy at 100 yards. We guarantee sub-MOA results, and we typically strive for sub-0.50 MOA, which we can usually achieve.

Once the optimal load is finalized, we sight in your rifle at 100 yards and return it to you along with a detailed ballistic data sheet for that specific load—so you’re ready to perform with confidence.

Let’s Work Together

If you're interested in working with us, complete the form with details on your rifle and what you are intending to use it for. Is it for target shooting, hunting, or something else?

Our Process

First we inspect your rifle.

We will inspect the action, barrel, scope, and scope rings for anything that will hinder the ability to shoot sub-MOA. If something is found within the step, we will send the rifle back with a voucher to send another one in that will be able to shoot sub-MOA.

Load workup

We work up a load going through multiple different bullet, powder, and primer manufacturers to find one that your rifle tends to like.

Range Time

At the range we shoot your rifle to find the most accurate load.

Finish

When we find the load that your rifle likes and are satisfied with the grouping it produced, we then sight in the rifle to that specific round and send it back.
